Terms & Conditions
 1. All
fares are quoted on the information given by the Hirer. It is the
responsibility of the hirer to provide accurate details for the
booking, such as all pick up and drop-off points, total passenger
numbers (including all children), any special requirements or needs,
any large items of luggage, etc.
2. Any
changes to the booking such as collection and drop-off points must
be, at all times, confirmed with the Transfer 2 Airport Office,
not to the driver of the vehicle.
3. Vehicles
will only carry up to the stated amount of passengers previously
agreed with Transfer 2 Airport.
4. Vehicles
are maintained to a high standard in accordance with Ministry of
Transport and local licensing rules. Should breakdown occur, every
effort will be made to provide a vehicle of similar standard. Transfer
2 Airport reserves the right to provide alternative vehicle(s) to
carry out the hire.
5. Transfer
2 Airport make every effort to get you to your destination on time
however they cannot be held responsible for failure to reach or
leave destinations at a desired time due to bad weather conditions,
traffic congestion, or any other matter which is beyond their control.
6. It is
the responsibility of the hire to ensure that passengers adhere
to collection and departure times. Failure to do so could lead to
passengers being delayed. The hirer is also responsible for passenger
conduct on the vehicle and for any loss or damage incurred, please
note no food or drink to be consumed on the vehicle.
7. Transfer
2 Airport takes pride in the cleanliness of their vehicles and fully
expects passengers to respect this. If the vehicle is in need of
extensive valeting or in the event of the vehicle becoming soiled
as the result of a passenger/s vomiting in the vehicle, a minimum
charge of £30 will be made to the Hirer.
8. Any
driver or servant of Transfer 2 Airport can refuse to carry any
passenger whose behaviour can be considered unruly or under the
influence of alcohol or drugs.
9. Transfer
2 Airport will not be held responsible for the safety or custody
of personal belongings, purchases, luggage or any other items carried
by any passenger or left on the vehicle.
10. Unless
previously agreed as part of the original booking, the vehicles
used on the hire are not available for the Hirer's use other than
for the outward or return journeys.
11. All
passengers must wear the seat belts provided in vehicle at all times
whilst the vehicle is in motion. Transfer 2 Airport will not accept
any liability for injuries however caused whilst travelling on board
the vehicle due to failure to wear the seat belts provided.
Privacy Statement
All information
provided to Transfer 2 Airport is treated as confidential and as
such will only be used by us in provision of any booking made with
us.
We DO
NOT share information with any third party for the purpose of Marketing.
Financial
information is not held by us anywhere on our network.
You may
request to have any details we hold about you removed 90 days after
completion of the booking with us by clicking on this link and giving
